Accessing MS teams

 

Through Laptops and Desktops

Open MySchool then double click on Office 365 which is located on the Launch Panel next to the icon for My Apps.

 

When Office 365 loads you will need to click on the button ‘Continue to sign in’ after doing this it will load Office 365.  Along the top of the screen you will see all the applications. Click on Teams.

 

!! If it doesn’t launch from Internet Explorer or IE. Try Google Chrome. !!

 

Go to teams and you will have an overview of all teams/classes you are in.

 

If a teacher sets a class assignment it will appear in the assignments tab. It will also appear within the assignment tab in each team.

 

Through Phones

Open your Play Store, App Store or equivalent then search for Microsoft Teams. When you download the app select sign in.

Enter your school email address. You must use the email suffix c2ken.net and not c2kni.net.

You will be redirected to the C2K sign-in screen where you will have to enter your school Username and Password.

When you are signed in go to teams and you will have an overview of all teams/classes you are in.
