YOUNG CARERS AT WOODHALL FOR RESIDENTIAL

Young Carers were awarded money to spend at a residential.  This was a fantastic team building experience and an opportunity for respite for some of our Young Carers and their friends.  They enjoyed some excellent team building activities including canoeing and climbing.  Everyone was very brave and had a lot of fun!

Some acrostics made by our Young Carers:

Woodhall was absolutely amazing.

Over the smooth calm water we went ton the canoe.

On the crates we climbed.  I won by half a mile.

Driving the canoe down the river was so relaxing.

Hope to go and stay for a night next time.

All day travelling would be boring but it only tool half an hour.

Loving the weather so calm and so peaceful.

Leap of faith was awesome.  Mrs Beckett went on it and she was absolutely terrified.

Wood hall was great fun.

Oh it was so funny seeing Mrs Beckett doing the leap of faith on high ropes.

Oh oh oh when we were doing the canoeing everyone got soaked.

Doing the crates was fun I cam seconded in it.

How I would love to stay a night next time.

Aww hoe I wish I could go back.

Lovely views.

Loved the whole thing.
